Haw Par Villa is currently carrying an official partial-closure notice for maintenance and repair works that began on 8 December 2025. Hell's Museum remains open, while access to the outdoor park may be restricted. Check the attraction's latest notice before travelling there.
Park hours and admission
Haw Par Villa's Park FAQ continues to list normal park hours as 9am to 8pm daily, last entry 7.30pm, and free park admission. However, its homepage also carries the ongoing partial-closure notice. Treat those normal hours as reference information rather than a guarantee that every outdoor area is accessible on the day of your visit.
Hell's Museum is separate
Hell's Museum is ticketed. Haw Par Villa currently lists admission at S$20 for adults and S$10 for children aged 7 to 12, with the museum open from 10am to 6pm and last entry at 5pm.
How long to spend
Because outdoor access is currently affected by maintenance, do not plan a fixed walking itinerary around the whole park. If your main purpose is Hell's Museum, allow time for the museum and check the latest park-access notice separately.
Getting there
Haw Par Villa MRT station is directly beside the attraction, making it one of the simpler heritage stops to reach by train.
