- The mall opens 10am–10pm daily and promotes outlet savings of up to 80% across selected stores.

Why visit Changi City Point?
Changi City Point is useful when you want outlet shopping without travelling across Singapore. The mall describes itself as Singapore’s nearest outlet mall to Changi Airport and sits at 5 Changi Business Park Central 1, next to Expo MRT.
It is especially practical for travellers staying near the airport, people attending events at Singapore EXPO, and shoppers who want sportswear, footwear, fashion and lifestyle outlet stores in one place.
What outlet brands are there?
The current store directory includes outlet concepts such as Nike Factory Store, Adidas Factory Outlet, Puma Outlet, ASICS Outlet, Coach Outlet, Calvin Klein Outlet, Levi’s Outlet, Clarks Outlet, Champion Outlet and other fashion, footwear and lifestyle stores. Store mixes can change, so check the official directory before making a trip for one specific brand.
Changi City Point currently promotes outlet savings of up to 80%. That does not mean every product is discounted by 80%; markdown depth varies by store, product and promotion.
Opening hours and best time to go
The mall’s official opening hours are 10am–10pm daily, although individual tenants can keep different hours. Weekday afternoons are generally more convenient if your priority is browsing, while weekends can be busier because of retail promotions and rewards campaigns.
For September 2026, the mall is also running current store promotions and weekend rewards, so it is worth checking the Promotions & Events page shortly before visiting.
How to get there by MRT
The official mall website lists Expo MRT Station (CG1/DT35) as its rail access point. Expo is served by the East West Line’s Changi Airport branch and the Downtown Line, making the mall straightforward to reach from both the airport side and the city.
If you are combining the mall with Changi Airport or Jewel, allow time for the train transfer and for walking between the station and mall rather than treating the trip as an airport-terminal stop.
Shuttle bus and driving
The old weekend shuttle serving Flora Drive ceased after 26 July 2026. A weekday Changi South ↔ Changi City Point shuttle continues on weekdays excluding public holidays, running approximately every 15 minutes from 11.30am–2pm according to the mall’s current update.
Drivers should note the revised carpark rates effective from 12 June 2026. The mall currently lists S$2.00 for the first hour from 6am–6pm, then S$1.15 per subsequent 30 minutes; evening entry from 6pm–6am is S$2.72. Check the mall again before driving because parking rates can change.
Is Changi City Point good for tourists?
Yes, particularly if your itinerary already includes Changi Airport, Jewel, Expo or the east side of Singapore. It is less compelling if you are staying in central Singapore and only want general mall shopping, because Orchard Road and city malls offer a broader premium-retail mix.

Shopping tips before you go
- Check the official store directory if you are visiting for one particular brand.
- Compare outlet prices with current retail promotions rather than assuming every outlet item is the cheapest option.
- Keep receipts if you may qualify for Singapore’s Tourist Refund Scheme.
- Check luggage space and airline baggage limits before buying bulky items near the end of your trip.
